Policies

You are agreeing to our policies when you register for a workshop with us.

Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of our workshops and required registration, we do not offer refunds. 

  • If you are unable to attend the workshop you are registered for, we recommend finding a friend or family member to come in your place so your project is completed.

  • We do not offer refunds for no-shows.

  • The registration fee is only good for the workshop registered for.  We do not transfer registration fees to other workshops.

  • Supplies and materials are only available at the workshop and will not be held for pickup or shipment.

  • PLEASE READ:  You are agreeing to our cancellation/no refund policy when you register for a workshop.

Everyone attending a DIY Workshop must be registered.

  • Children and infants are not allowed.  No exceptions.  If you show up for a workshop with a child or infant, you will not be able to attend the workshop and will not be issued a refund.

  • Only registered guests are allowed to attend our workshops.  No exceptions.

  • The registration fee is for one person/one project.

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early so the workshop can begin on time.

  • To avoid disrupting workshop participants, anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to attend the workshop.  No refunds.

  • Please contact us if you are running late.
